- Identity document, in copy and legally certified translation into Romanian
- Birth certificate, in copy and legally certified translation into Romanian
- Professional training certificate, in copy and legally certified translation into Romanian, apostilled/superlegalised or accompanied by an authenticity certificate issued by the competent authorities of the country of origin
- Descriptive supplement, if issued by the authorised institution, in copy and legally certified translation into Romanian
- Marriage certificate or divorce decree, as applicable
- Tax registration certificate of the company submitting the application
