Our client faced a particularly difficult procedural journey, having received three successive visa refusals. One of the previous refusals had already been successfully challenged before the court; however, the judicial proceedings lasted approximately one year. As a result, the visa issued following the court's judgment was valid only for the period originally requested, which had already expired by the time the client attempted to enter Romania.
